Style Management (IPU Profile analysis) results in a multi-facetted picture of ones own behaviour on the basis of attitude to changes, challenges, determination and need of control.
The purpose being

To gain self-insight and be able to identify your own strengths and weaknesses. 
To create an understanding as to why problems in communication between people emerge. 
To be able to more clearly understand human behaviour and become aware of the strengths and weaknesses of other people. 
To find a way to develop your behaviour and strengthen the relationship to others. 
To show how improvement of co-operation and team-spirit, improvement of customer- and supplier contacts and development of leadership can be accomplished through a mix of miscellaneous behavioural types. -
